MUTTON MEATBALL is one of the finest recipes for all non-vegetarians lovers. It can be prepared for starters, as a side dish for rice items, or even as a snack.
When we are seeking in the restaurant this MUTTON MEATBALL (KOLA URUNDAI) is one of the high-cost recipes... so, we can easily prepare this MUTTON MEATBALL (KOLA URUNDAI) in our home and we can surprise our loved ones.

INGREDIENTS:
Mutton minced or boneless - 250 g.
Onion - 1 (finely chopped).
Fennel seeds – 2 teaspoons.
Ginger/Garlic paste – 1 teaspoon.
Bengal Gram (pottu kadalai) - 3 teaspoons.
Dry red chili long – 2 nos.
Salt – Required.
Curry leaves - few finely chopped.
Oil – Refined sunflower oil for frying.
For the preparation, I have given in step-by-step instructions. So that it will be easy for your understanding.
PREPARATION:
STEP 1:
Take the minced mutton or mutton boneless wash it using turmeric powder If you are using the mutton boneless means, after washing grind the mutton in the mixer jar or blender.
STEP 2:
Next, take the Bengal gram of 3 teaspoons and crush it like a powder in a mixer jar or in the blender.
STEP 3:
Now take the minced or mashed mutton in a bowl, then add fennel seeds, powdered Bengal gram, ginger/garlic paste, finely chopped onions, dry chili (split into pieces), curry leaves, and salt. In this mixer, you can also add the coconuts which are cut into small pieces... So that you can taste the crunchiness of coconut in your every bite of “MUTTON MEATBALLS (KOLA URUNDAI)”.
STEP 4:
Mix the above ingredients and made them into a small ball. Don’t make it as a big ball because while the frying central core will not get fry properly.
