STEP 5: Now switch on the flame again and on the same pan now add 1.5 tablespoons of oil and add all the tempering which is mentioned above.

STEP 6: Next add chopped onions and sauté for 2 minutes.

STEP 7: At that time onion becomes translucent add the grated mint mixer, cook for 2 minutes.

STEP 8: Now add the boiled white rice with the mint mixer.

I have used the boiled white rice, which is already cooked, and I made it to cool down so that while mixing rice will not get splintered.

IMPORTANT TIPS:

IN THIS TRADITIONAL MINT RICE (PUDINA SADAHAM) RECIPE YOU SHOULD NOT NEED TO CONCENTRATE ON THE COLOR OF THE MINT RICE. BECAUSE IF YOU ADD EXCESS MINT LEAVES YOU WILL SURELY GET A BITTER TASTE AND IT WILL SPOIL THE WHOLE RECIPE.

So, friends enjoy this healthful recipe and enjoy with your KITH AND KIN.

THANK YOU
