Hi!!! Welcome everyone to this blog spot.” PANEER 65” is one of the best appetizers or starters. When we all go off to a restaurant we all will opt for some specific food as a starter, at that time PANEER 65 will play a major role in all restaurant's menus. Especially for all the vegetarians, they will surely go with a “PANEER 65” option. because of its richness and its delicious taste we all even most of the kids will like the “PANEER 65” recipe.

 In this blog, I am going to share with you all a home-style “PANEER 65” recipe.

 When we discuss PANEER it is rich in protein, fat, iron, calcium, and magnesium. So we can make this “PANEER 65” often and surprise our family and friends.

 In this “PANEER 65” recipe I have not used any artificial ingredient, I have made things available in our house. So that it would be easy for all of us to prepare immediately and quickly without any pre-preparation.

 Here I have used the store-bought “PANEER” but you are preparing by yourself that will be well and good.

 

PREPARATION TIME

COOKING TIME

20 MINUTES

 

INGREDIENTS:

 FOR MARINATION:

Paneer - 200 gram.

Chili powder - 1 spoon.

Ga ram masala - 1 spoon.

All-purpose flour - 1 spoon.

Corn flour - 1 spoon.

Ginger/garlic paste - 1 spoon.

Curd - 1 spoon.

Lemon - 1 small.

 FOR PAN FRY:

Oil - 3 tablespoons.

 FOR TEMPERING:

Cumin seeds - 1 spoon.

Garlic - 6-7 cloves (finely chopped).

Onion - 1(medium size).

Chili powder - 1 spoon.

Yogurt (Curd) - 1 spoon.

Curry leaves - few.

Salt - required.

 

PREPARATION METHOD:

 STEP 1:

Get the 200 grams of PANEER and cut them into cubes. Do not cut too small, otherwise, it will get broken while frying.



 STEP 2:

Next, add the marination to it which is mentioned above.



 we have used yogurt(curd) so that it will give enough moisture for marination, so no need to add water. Leave the marination for 10 minutes to get set.



 STEP 3:

After 10 minutes take the pan and add the required oil and pan-fry the “PANNER” until it becomes golden brown. Don’t fry for longer because the PANNER will become rubbery then. when it becomes golden brown take the PANEER” and transfer it into a plate spread with a kitchen tissue.




STEP 4:

Switch on the flame again and use the leftover pan-fry oil. When the oil becomes hot add the tempering which is noted above.



 STEP 5:

Saute the above mixture, until all the mixture comes dry, at that time add the pan fry “PANEER” and saute for 2 minutes.





After 2 minutes you can feel the aroma of PANNER and other spices which will increase your appetite.

 So friends you can make this “PANEER 65” in your home get-together or a party as a starter or appetizer and even for evening snacks with tea.WOW! Just enjoy your time with this flavorful and delicious “PANEER 65”.
